About SET
Mission Objective: SET was designed by a former Navy SEAL and one of our nation's top fitness experts in order to fulfill the need for a true ass kicking experience which is sure to change your life and whip you into shape. Modeled after the world's toughest military training, SET has all the essential components necessary to build a strong
functional machine!

Background Intelligence: The SEAL teams are regarded as the most elite military unit in the United States' arsenal. As a small unit, the SEAL teams depend on teamwork and physical prowess to accomplish secret missions in the world's toughest environments. While in BUD/s, SEAL candidates are placed under hours of extreme physical activity, mental stress and sleep and food deprivation. Through the "science of suffering" SEAL candidates learn that you have to be willing to pay a price to be successful.

The creator of SET has taken the blueprint learned through years of training and tested in combat, and structured a program which is sure to give any individual the kickass body they deserve. You will earn your body!  Now you might be thinking, how is it possible for the average person to complete a course modeled after such punishing training?  Fortunately, our fitness expert, Andy Clark, has scaled down each physical activity in order to accommodate all fitness levels. Coupled with over 30 years of industry experience our staff has the finesse to keep all participants challenged and involved.  Participants are sure to have a memorable life changing experience filled with sweat, suffering and laughs.

Former Navy SEAL- "LAZ


BIO:  After surviving Navy SEAL selection and training Laz went on to serve in a SEAL team. While deployed during the Global War on Terrorism, Laz fought our countries enemies in Iraq and Afghanistan. He also conducted special operations in South America and Europe. His fitness education includes 16 years of Mixed Martial Arts experience (9 years as an instructor), 6 years as a Special forces soldier and a Cross Fit personal trainer certification.
Fitness Guru- ANDY CLARK, CSCS, NASM, ISSA

BIO:
Andy Clark has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, educator, and author.  He is a two time #1 National Personal Trainer Award Winner for one of world’s largest health club chains and National Personal Trainer of the Year recipient.  Andy has degrees in both Sports Medicine and Kinesiology along with certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and International Sports Sciences Association.  Andy is avid triathlete and marathoner.
