FITNESS BOOT CAMP                                            Difficulty Rating: 2-5

This class is for the true beginner up to someone with an advanced level of fitness.  You will be challenged in your own ways.  It is perfect for anyone looking to get lean and into amazing shape!  You will be provided with a SET t-shirt.  Classes will are 60 minutes long and offered in the evenings and periodic Saturdays in Coconut  Grove. 

Class length:
4 weeks/ 80 minutes per class

# of workouts per 4 weeks:
8 plus free periodic Saturday workouts

ADVANCED BOOT CAMP                                          Difficulty Rating: 8

This class is not for turds.  These individuals have proven to be physically and mentally superior to most.  Anyone who has presently been  participating in SET classes for a minimum of 3 months and has completed a HELL DAY workout will be given the opportunity to participate in LEVEL 3.  Everyone else will need to test into the class, complete at least one HELL DAY workout, and be given an instructor endorsement.  You will be given a red dri-fit SET shirt. 
Basic physical requirements: Run 1-mile in 8 minutes or less, perform minimum of 40 pushups in 1 min, perform minimum of 35 situps in 1 min.

Class length: 4 weeks/ 45 minutes per class

# of workouts per 4 weeks:
8 plus free Saturday workouts and free Hell Day admission.
