LEVEL 1: BEGINNER BOOT CAMP                                  Difficulty Rating: 2

This class is for the true beginner or someone who is not presently working out and is really out of shape.  It is for someone who is a little intimidated by the whole 'boot camp' concept and wants to try it out.  Each recruit can stay in Level 1 for a maximum of 8 weeks, after which you will need to test into LEVEL 2 or get the hell out.  This class is designed to prep you for LEVEL 2.  You will be provided with a green cotton SET t-shirt.  Classes will be 45 minutes long and be offered in the evenings and Saturdays in Coconut  Grove.

4 weeks/ 45 minutes per class

8 plus free Saturday workouts

LEVEL 2: INTERMEDIATE BOOT CAMP                          Difficulty Rating: 5

This is for someone who has been working out for a little while and wants a new challenge.  To enter LEVEL 2 you must meet certain minimum physical requirements and be given an instructor endorsement.  You will be given a navy blue dri-fit SET shirt.  LEVEL 2 also includes our 3-hour HELL DAY workout.  Basic physical requirements: Run 1-mile in 10 minutes or less, perform minimum of 25 pushups in 1 min, perform minimum of 20 situps in 1 min.

Class length: 4 weeks/ 45 minutes per class

# of workouts per 4 weeks:
8 plus free Saturday workouts and free Hell Day admission.

LEVEL 3: ADVANCED BOOT CAMP                          Difficulty Rating: 8

This class is not for turds.  These individuals have proven to be physically and mentally superior to most.  Anyone who has presently been  participating in SET classes for a minimum of 3 months and has completed a HELL DAY workout will be given the opportunity to participate in LEVEL 3.  Everyone else will need to test into the class, complete at least one HELL DAY workout, and be given an instructor endorsement.  You will be given a red dri-fit SET shirt. 
Basic physical requirements: Run 1-mile in 8 minutes or less, perform minimum of 40 pushups in 1 min, perform minimum of 35 situps in 1 min.
