- How many classes does my membership allow me to attend? You can attend 8 sessions per 4 weeks plus any free Saturday sessions that may periodically be offered.
- Do I have to sign a contract with my membership? No, all memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time.
- I haven't worked out in while. Can I do this? Our Fitness Boot Camp is designed for beginner to intermediate fitness levels. With that being said a minimum base level of fitness is required. We recommend the following: complete a 1-mile run in 14 minutes or less, perform 15 push-ups in 1 minute, and perform 18 sit-ups in 1 minute. Women can perform modified push-ups on their knees.
- Is there a requited uniform? You should wear something comfortable to workout in. Please keep in mind it can get warm and humid in South Florida!! No jewelry or open-toed shoes will be allowed.
- Will this class help me lose weight and tone up? The nature of our programming is designed to help you lose weight and increase muscle tone. Your results will vary and will be greatly impacted by your total exercise program and nutrition habits.
- How do I pay for my membership? You can pay with cash, check, or credit card.
